A local delivery fee of $9.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Enflora, Flowers for Business
Donation Program
Enflora is proud to offer assistance to non-profit organizations and groups. In order to qualify for our fundraising opportunities, an organization must quality as a nonprofit in one of the following ways:
		Educational – funds are used to directly support a school or school-related organization (i.e. band club, student or parent group associated with a school.)
		Religious – funds are used to support nonprofit church activities or church-related organizations such as youth groups within the church.
		Charitable – funds are used to support a charitable organization. Must be a 501(c) 3 organization.
		Community – funds are used to support community-based activities devoted solely to charitable purposes and not for individual gain.

Enflora Cares Program Enflora Cares was designed as a way to continuously give something back to our community all year long. Once an organization is enrolled, with each order, Enflora, Flowers for Business can donate a portion of the proceeds to the participating organizations. Our program encourages customers to take advantage of our service when sending flowers across town or even around the world. They can shop on-line or at our downtown location in the Chase Tower. On wire-out orders, customers even receive an additional $5.00 off the wire service fee! The Enflora Cares program is easy for an organization to implement and free to join. Simply distribute our readily available identification cards, supplied by Enflora, to parents, families and friends. Orders are tracked by each organizations special code and donation checks are sent directly to the treasurer of the organization quarterly. If your group or organization would like to participate, please apply by filling out our Enflora Cares form. Please allow 4 weeks to process your request. We will notify you by phone or email.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
